Does it make sense to put low quality fuel in a high-quality car? This document will include the all of information necessary regarding the use of nutrition and supplementation to aid in optimizing athletic performance. Includes over 5 pages of science-backed information covering the importance of food quality, how to calculate macronutrients to improve athletic performance, meal timing in relation to practice/competition, and supplementation recommendations to enhance performance.
